Ben Chilwell,23, is a Leicester City academy product who has replaced Christian Fuchs to be as first-choice left-back for playing XI squad.

Rodgers sure Chilwell and Choudhury have learned lesson after ...
Ben Chilwell has reportedly told coach Brendon Rodgers that ” He wants to join Chelsea”.

According to The Transfer Window Podcast, Chilwell has discussed his future with his manager at the King Power Stadium.
He has also admitted a move to Chelsea would be suitable and interest him should any offer be forthcoming.

However, Leicester City has placed an £85million price tag on its first-choice left-back.

Chelsea is also heavily linked with Ben Chilwell from the last transfer window and wanted to bring some fresh legs in the left-back position.

Even likes of Marcos Alonso and Emerson are present at Chelsea. But they are not living up to the expectations which Coach Frank Lampard wanted from them. Hence, Lampard told Chelsea management to bring a left-back in the squad.

But this news will surely boost Chelsea’s hopes in pursuit of left-back.

Chelsea coach Lampard likes the playing style of Ben Chilwell and wanted to land him at Stamford Bridge but the Price tag of £85million will be the barrier in Chilwell’s Transfer.

Whether Chelsea sign him or will find an alternative for Ben Chilwell?

Chelsea also listed down some alternative for the left-back position if they fail to buy Ben Chilwell from Leicester City. The list includes several names such as Alex Telles of Porto FC , Alex Sandro of Juventus, and David Alaba from Bayern.
